8. Booking & Training Terms
8.1
A booking is confirmed only when payment is received.
8.2
By booking a scuba diving activity, you agree to follow all Scuba Academy safety procedures and instructor directions.
8.3
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from training without refund.
9. Medical Requirements
9.1
All divers must complete the official PADI Diver Medical Questionnaire truthfully before participating in any in-water activity.
9.2
If a medical clearance is required, you must obtain it before training begins.
9.3
If you experience a change in health, illness, or injury after completing your medical form, you must notify us immediately.
9.4
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in termination of training without refund.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
10.1 Rescheduling by the customer:

More than 7 days’ notice: free reschedule

48–72 hours: £25 admin fee

Less than 48 hours: session lost
10.2 Cancellation by the customer:
-
More than 14 days: refund minus £25 admin fee
-
7–14 days: 50% refund
-
Less than 7 days: no refund
10.3 No-shows or lateness:
Sessions missed or shortened due to lateness are non-refundable.
10.4 Cancellation by Scuba Academy:
We may cancel or reschedule for safety or operational reasons.
You may choose a refund or a new date. No further compensation is provided.
11. Under-18s

A parent/guardian must complete all required forms

A responsible adult must remain on-site unless agreed otherwise

We may refuse participation if supervision requirements are not met
12. Equipment Use
12.1
We provide equipment maintained to PADI and HSE standards.
12.2
You must use equipment responsibly.
12.3
Damage due to misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.
13. eLearning Access
Once a PADI eLearning code is issued:

It is non-refundable

It is non-transferable

It must be completed before pool/ocean sessions
14. Limited Warranties
We do not guarantee that:

The website will always be available
-
All information is current or accurate

Services will be uninterrupted
We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

By booking or participating in any scuba diving activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Scuba Academy Course Policies in full.
